Delivery Policy
Shipping & Dispatch
We ship "in stock" items within 24-72 business hours directly from Thailand via International Registered Airmail after payment clearance. Please refer to the stock status on each product page. During high season, this status might not be entirely accurate. If your order is urgent, please contact us to confirm stock status before purchasing.
Note: During Thailand's public long holidays (mid-April and New Year's), manufacturing and shipping processes may be delayed by up to 7 days. After we dispatch your order, delivery is the responsibility of the Postal Services of Thailand and your country.
Shipping Address
We only use the shipping address you provide on our website, not the address on payment gateway websites (e.g., PayPal). You will receive a confirmation email after placing an order with us. Please ensure your shipping address is correct in this confirmation.
Delivery Time
After shipment, we will send you a confirmation email with tracking information. The estimated delivery time from Thailand is approximately 10-14 business days (roughly 2-3 weeks). For some countries, delivery time may be longer due to the customs service in your country.
Track and Trace
Our shipping confirmation email will include a link to your tracking information. If you need assistance, please send us an email, and we will help you shortly.
Unclaimed / Incorrect / Insufficient Address
To reship an order due to an "Unclaimed" status or an "Incorrect/Insufficient Address," a new shipping fee will be charged.
Customs Fees / Tax
Customers are responsible for any customs duty, import VAT, or other taxes. These fees are not included in our prices.
Missing Products
When you receive your shipment, please verify that all items have been received. If you purchased a large order, you might receive multiple tracking numbers, and items may arrive in separate shipments (e.g., in-stock items shipped first, made-to-order items later). If items are missing, please contact us within 5 days of delivery.
Received Wrong Items
If you receive incorrect items (e.g., different model, color, or size), please contact us within 5 days of delivery with photographic proof to make a claim. Please note that sizing can vary slightly between brands. If the size we sent is correct according to your original order, it cannot be claimed.
Lost Shipment
We provide a tracking number for every shipment. You can check the status on the Thailand Post website or your country's postal service website. If the delivery status shows "Delivered" but you haven't received the shipment, we recommend contacting your local post office first for the quickest resolution. If they cannot assist or advise you to contact the sender, we will open an investigation claim with Thailand Post. This process is managed by Thailand Post and can take 1-3 months. Proof, such as CCTV footage, might be required. The claim will be based on the investigation results. Packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery cannot be claimed. If a package is returned to Thailand, we will contact you immediately.
Return Policy
Exchange / Refund
We accept returns for exchange (new size, style, or color) or refund within 30 days from the date the products arrived at the delivery address, provided the items are new, in their original packaging, and with labels attached.
- For Exchanges: The buyer is responsible for shipping costs to return the items to us and for the shipping of the new products.
- For Refunds: The buyer pays the return shipping fee. Once the products arrive at our office, the value of the product(s) will be refunded. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

When returning items, please clearly mark "RETURN TO EXCHANGE" or "RETURN TO REFUND" on the package.
The returning process might experience delays at Thai Customs, potentially requiring an additional 2-3 weeks for customs clearance.
We are a duly registered company in Thailand, operating in accordance with Thai laws and regulations only. Your purchase from our website signifies your full understanding and acknowledgment of this fact.
Damaged Items
For any damages (e.g., caused by the factory, company, transportation, or damage after first use), please email us to make a claim within 30 days of receiving the product. You will be asked to provide a few photos of the damages and answer some questions during the claim process. After a successful claim, a new product will be replaced for you at no additional cost.
