Payment & Order Cancellation
Accepted Payment Methods
We currently accept payments via PayPal and Credit/Debit Cards processed through PayPal or Stripe.
When using PayPal, you have the option to pay via your PayPal account, which can be easily connected to your credit cards, debit cards, or bank accounts. This method is simple and highly secure.
After choosing to check out with PayPal, you will be redirected to the PayPal website to complete your payment. Please note that we do not require or store any of your financial information on our website.
Note on Incomplete Transactions: Orders with incomplete transactions, for any reason, will be automatically cancelled. Please re-place your order if this occurs.
Order Cancellation
If you wish to cancel your order, you must contact us immediately, within 48 hours of placing the order. We will then verify if your order has already been dispatched or if production has begun (for custom products).
Cancellation cannot be processed if your order has already been dispatched or if your custom product is in the process of being made.
Refunds for Cancelled Orders: Please be aware that for approved cancellations, the Payment Gateway processing fee, which is 5% of the total order amount, is non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund.
